ORINOX originally instituted a quality management system in 2010 to follow ISO 9001 standards. The current system of documentation and feedback was updated at the end of 2012 to integrate the new functions of the company as applied to each section of the group. This committment of the entire company aims to continually increase customer satisfaction with the services we provide.
