JOB DESCRIPTION
ORINOX is a growing and dynamic company.
We are actively seeking a talented and experienced technical project manager to oversee a wide variety of projects from conceptual design through implementation. You will work with a team of creative, supportive, data-driven engineers.
You will have the chance to network with clients, vendors, and in-house personnel as well as form a dream team of experts for each project to maximize resources and efficiency.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, direct and coordinate projects to ensure on-time completions within budget
- Evaluate specifications to determine requirements necessary for the project success
- Forecast deficiencies and unrealistic expectations while identifying solutions
- Inspect work in progress to ensure conformity to specifications and schedules
- Assist and work with engineering, purchasing, and production teams
- Manage budgets, manpower, expenses, and costs to complete
- Issue and negotiate RFI's and Change Orders
- Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Serving as a point of contact for teams
- Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
