Châteaubriant, March 2019
Can you introduce yourself?
My name is Chalène, I am 25 years old and I am from Châteaurbiant (44). I’ve been working working for ORINOX for three years now as a Business Manager
How did you join ORINOX?
Quite simply, by responding to a job offer!
Indeed, after two years as a Business Manager at INGELIANCE Technologies (an engineering company based in Nantes and Saint Nazaire and mainly oriented in the naval field), I wanted to try something new
to challenge myself. So I looked over job offers from companies in my region and I applied to the one proposed by ORINOX.
Why did you choose to work at ORINOX?
I chose to be part of ORINOX for several reasons:
First I like the company's state of mind and culture. Then, the ambition and vision of Maxime FOURREAU, our leader, also pleased me. Finally, the growth and development of the company ORINOX is motivating
me. Because I know that my position will change over time and this gives me a lot of opportunities.
Can you explain us what you are doing as an Bussiness Manager?
In general, my role is to facilitate the business relationship with our customers by offering technical solutions to meet their needs.
More specifically, I must promote, sell and manage our services and products (lump sum studies, VR, AR, LFM ...).
I must also ensure the management and follow-up of the collaborators in mission for whom I am responsible.
What motivates you on a daily basis?
The search for fulfillment and professional and personal development
What is your personal motto?
"What doesn't kill us, makes us stronger"
Which women in History have inspired you the most, and why?
Of course, I can mention Simone Veil, Rosa Parks and many other women who, through their commitment and courage, inspire me.
However, women who inspire me the most are those who can manage work, family and personal life, and who always work to fight
against inequalities and help build a fairer society through their daily actions
What does International Women's Day mean to you?
The International Women's Day is, to me, more necessary than ever because as long as equality between men and women is not achieved (such as, for example, equal pay), we will need to have a day for women's rights. However, I think that we should consider that it is a cause that must be defended on a daily basis and not just on the 8th of March.
