Friday May 25th corresponds to the date of entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This new European regulation is in line with the 1978 French law "Informatique et Libertés" and reinforces citizens' control over the use that can be made of data concerning them.
It harmonises the rules in Europe by providing a single legal framework for professionals. It enables them to develop their digital activities within the European Union on the basis of user confidence.
Your personal data and their confidentiality are important, that is why we make every effort to protect them.
To ensure transparency on the collection and use of your personal data, we have updated our privacy policy to comply with the new regulations. It details which data are collected and the reasons for their collection.
You have the right at any time to exercise with ORINOX the rights provided by the regulations in force regarding personal data, provided that you meet the conditions:
- Right of access: you may have access to your Personal Data processed by ORINOX;
- Right of rectification: you may update your Personal Data or have your Personal Data processed by ORINOX rectified;
- Right of opposition, in particular to receive commercial communications: you may express your wish to no longer receive commercial communications or request that your Personal Data no longer be processed;
- Right to delete: you can request the deletion of your Personal Data;
- Right to limitation: you may request the suspension of the processing of your Personal Data;
- Right to portability: you can ask the to recover your Personal Data in order to dispose of it.
