As part of its CSR (Corporate social responsibility) policy, Orinox organized a meeting on Tuesday June 20th with a group of trainees in vocational rehabilitation (11 adults with disabilities) who is currently supported by the association "Retravailler dans l'Ouest" (“Going back to work in the Ouest of France Association”). Through this approach, we have enabled beneficiaries to discover new professional environments, reduce their fears about returning to work, show the companies’ evolving image from a general point of view and discover employers of the Châteaubriant area. After visiting the headquarters office, participants attended a detailed presentation of Orinox (history, values, activities, locations, jobs, job vacancies ...).
This time of exchanges seems to have been appreciated by all the actors.
Orinox is happy to devote time regularly for this type of action.
