Like every year, a social barometer was sent to ORINOX employees. Following the closure of the barometer at the end of 2017, 61 Orinoxians responded to the survey, representing 70% of employees.
About forty questions were asked. These are grouped around the following themes:

Results of the social barometer
Following the analysis of the results, we must work this year on :
- better career and training monitoring
- communication of the company's internal organisation
- a new pay scale
Actions that should to be carried out in 2018
Career management :
The training plan for 2018 will be validated in consultation with the DUP (Employees Representatives). An HR follow-up will be carried out throughout the year in order to ensure the proper implementation of the training courses registered in the plan.
Internal communication :
The movement of personnel linked to the significant development of the company has led us to review the internal organization. This process is being carried out in several stages and will be finalized in 2018.
Salary :
Working groups (Management and DUP) have been set up. Results will be reported in 2018. The salary grid will be adjusted based on these results.
ORINOX is certified "Happy At Work 2018"
In line with the Social Barometer, ORINOX participated in an external audit through the HappyAtWork project. ORINOX employees responded to the questionnaire administered by ChoosemyCompany to certify "HappyAtWork" companies. The involvement of ORINOX employees has enabled ORINOX to receive 3 certifications:
- HappyAtWork France 2018, 100 - 199 employees
- HappyAtWork Malaysia 2018 - 1 - 49 employees
- Agile France 2018 50 - 499 employees
This quality certification from which ORINOX benefits allows it to continue in its approach of continuous improvement of working conditions.
A positive social barometer and the obtention of recognized quality labels allow ORINOX to support its communication actions as a recruiter, employer, company actor and privileged interlocutor for all its stakeholders.
These external or internal audits allow us to review the areas for improvement on which we must work during the year in order to satisfy all the people involved in our development and build a relationship of trust.
